Common questions

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple, not by us — we never see your payment details and can't cancel it on our end. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, find Bible Feed, and change or cancel it there.

I paid, but the app still shows the paywall

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. This re-checks your Apple account for an active subscription and unlocks it immediately if one's found.

Still stuck after that? Email us with the Apple ID email you subscribed with, and we'll help sort it out.

Will I lose my bookmarks and notes if I reinstall?

Bookmarks, notes, likes, and your reading streak are stored only on your device, not on a server — so yes, deleting the app deletes them. Reinstalling starts fresh. Back up anything you'd miss before you uninstall.

Where does the Bible text come from?

Bible Feed uses the World English Bible, a public-domain translation. Cross-references between verses come from OpenBible.info, used under a Creative Commons license.

Something's broken — how do I report it?

Email us at rivvymedia@gmail.com with what happened and, if you can, which verse or screen you were on. Screenshots help a lot.
